Privacy policy

This describes how YRTKT handles the personal data needed to sell tickets, run events and keep them secure.

What we collect

Account details (name, email), order and ticket history, and — if you choose to enable it — your event attendance visibility to friends. Venue staff scanning tickets at the door see only what's needed to admit you: your name, tier and any entitlements.

How it's used

To process orders, issue and verify tickets, calculate referral commission where applicable, and send you updates about events you've booked (cancellations, material changes, entry information).

Sharing

Event organisers and venues see attendee information needed to run their event. We do not sell personal data. Referral attribution is shared with the relevant promoter only in aggregate, not as personal contact details.

Your choices

You can control whether friends can see your attendance from your account settings. From Your data, signed in, you can download a copy of everything tied to your account, or request deletion — deletion has a 14-day window to change your mind, then your profile and personal data are permanently anonymised. Orders and other records we're required to keep for accounting or legal reasons are kept, scrubbed of anything that identifies you. Questions about either: [email protected].
